Gas Dataflow Management software -GASMAN

Our Gas Dataflow Management software called GASMAN was created in 2012 and is now utilised by over 20 gas supply businesses across the UK.

GASMAN was designed to be a versatile gas distribution software and allows gas suppliers to operate both within the commercial and domestic gas markets via the same system.

The software allows a gas supplier to save money and time as it validates all incoming and outgoing gas data flows and ensures that they comply with industry practices.

Invalid flows are captured and quarantined and flows that pass validation are then imported into the gas dataflow system.

Workflows can also be managed by Dyball’s inhouse managed services team to free up your time and staffing needs or if you prefer can be managed via your own internal staff.

Electricity Dataflow Management Software – REGMAN

All energy suppliers and those wanting to enter the energy supply market require an electricity dataflow market messaging system.

Dyball’s pioneering REGMAN software was created in 1998 and was the first ever registration system to incorporate data quality processes into market messaging. It is now used by dozens of electricity suppliers and has been given the lowest possible risk rating from ELEXON making it the best software solution for those seeking to enter the electricity supply market.

REGMAN is designed to be hugely versatile, and its code base services all of our electricity supplier clients regardless of what market they operate in. As with GASMAN, REGMAN can be managed by Dyball’s in house managed services team or via your own team depending on your needs.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Dyball’s CRM system allows energy suppliers to reduce costs by giving them the ability to manage the needs of their customer related activities through one system.

The system is easily modified and can be customised to your specific needs and allows the automation of customer correspondence via email, SMS, or letter. Telephone and email solutions can also be mixed to create seamless back-office work and in turn provide improved customer experiences.

The CRM also gives suppliers greater control and automation over their energy billing and collection processes saving them both time and money.
